Street Encounters
Street Encounters bestaat uit portretten van mensen die ik op straat ontmoette en spontaan vroeg om te fotograferen. De ontmoetingen zijn kort en ongepland, maar creëren ruimte voor aandacht en wederzijds vertrouwen.
Door het moment even stil te zetten, ontstaat een portret waarin aanwezigheid centraal staat. De reeks verkent hoe een vluchtige ontmoeting kan uitmonden in een intiem beeld.
Street Encounters
Street Encounters consists of portraits of people I met on the street and spontaneously asked to photograph. The encounters are brief and unplanned, yet they create space for attention and mutual trust.
By pausing the moment, a portrait emerges in which presence is central. The series explores how a fleeting encounter can result in an intimate image.
